The consultation form collects your name, organization, email address, phone number, the type of matter, your preferred language, the names of other people and companies involved in your matter, any filed case or deadline you note, and the brief description you provide. The server also records the IP address from which the form was sent. We use that information for one purpose: to run a conflict check and respond to your inquiry. It is emailed to our partners by the website’s own server and kept in our intake records. The short message form in the Global counsel network window collects your name, email address, and message, and is handled the same way.

We do not sell or share this information with anyone outside our firm and its service providers. If we do not undertake the representation, we retain the submission only as long as needed to document the conflict check. You may ask us to delete it by writing to daniel@goldenbergllp.com or joel@goldenbergllp.com.

This site does not use advertising cookies or analytics that identify you. Its typefaces are served from this site’s own server, so no third party receives your visit. If you use the accessibility menu, your choices are saved in your own browser so the site remembers them; they are not sent to the firm.
