Accessibility.
How this site is built to be usable by everyone, and how to reach us if it is not.
Goldenberg LLP intends this website to be usable by everyone, including visitors who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or voice control. It is designed to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.
Pages are organized with headings and landmarks. Every control can be reached and operated from a keyboard, with a visible focus outline. Form fields have labels and explain errors, text meets contrast guidelines, and the layout reflows on small screens and at high magnification. If your device asks for reduced motion, the site’s animations are switched off.
The accessibility menu, the button at the lower left of every page, can enlarge text, raise contrast, underline links, widen text spacing, and stop motion. Your choices are saved in your own browser and are not sent to the firm.
Some linked material, such as court decisions published by the New York State Law Reporting Bureau, is hosted by others and is outside the firm’s control.
If any part of this site is difficult to use, or you would like information in another format, call (917) 328-0812 or email daniel@goldenbergllp.com, and we will provide it in a form that works for you.
