J. Spencer Hoffman is of counsel to Goldenberg LLP. He has closed CMBS financings and historic tax credit deals across the Northeast and beyond.
Spencer has represented some of New York City’s most active retail and mixed-use owners, among other institutional and private clients. Today he serves as outside counsel and fractional general counsel to family offices in New York City and throughout the Northeast, handling the full life cycle of their holdings, from acquisition and financing through leasing, asset management, and disposition.
